How to Care for Upholstery
- Avoid new jeans, these can easily rub dyes off on your upholstery and they will leave a permanent stain.Í
- Acne medicated creams contain Benzoil peroxidde, which can discolor your fabric on you upholstery
- Shoepolish can easily rub off on the bottom (kickboard) of your upholstery
- If you have a favorite seat, try to move around a little bit. Sitting in the same spot can weaken springs and cause that cushion to sag.
- Sun fading is very common, not only can it affect the apperance, but it can also weaken the fabric and make your upholstery fabric very brittle
